& Terms
Everything you need to know — shipping, returns, and how we operate.

We operate strictly on a return & exchange basis only to ensure fairness to all customers and to maintain our pricing.
Returns are accepted for:
- Wrong size delivered
- Wrong item or colour delivered
- Manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival
Returns are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect size selected by the customer.
The item must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible:

- Unworn and unwashed
- Original tags still attached
- Item in original condition
- Returned within 7 days
✘ Not Accepted
- Washed or worn items
- Tags removed
- Packaging broken or damaged
- Perfume or deodorant smell
- After the 7-day window
Follow these steps:
- WhatsApp us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Send clear photos of the item showing the issue (wrong size, defect, etc.).
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, courier the item to our address (shared via WhatsApp). Return courier charges are borne by the customer.
- Once received and inspected, your replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 working days.
We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka through trusted courier partners. All orders are carefully packed before dispatch.

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Times may vary during sales or festive seasons.
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location
- Charges may vary depending on courier partner and district
- Free delivery promotions will be announced on our website or social media
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. Use this to track your parcel through the courier's website.
If you haven't received a tracking update within 24 hours of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unreachable customer, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases:
- A re-delivery fee will apply
- The customer must confirm availability before re-dispatch
- Cotton Culture is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details
By placing an order on cottonculture.lk or through our WhatsApp channel, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all customers purchasing from Cotton Culture, Pace Basics, and Violet Apparels.
- All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock
- Payment screenshots must be shared with us via WhatsApp to confirm your order
- Cotton Culture is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details
We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately. However, slight colour variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration and device display settings.
Such variations are not considered a defect and are not eligible for return.
All content on this website — including product images, text, logos, and branding for Cotton Culture, Pace Basics, and Violet Apparels — is the intellectual property of Cotton Culture Sri Lanka.
Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from transactions with Cotton Culture shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
Cotton Culture reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review the latest version before placing an order.
